Our Story<\/h3>\n

After founder Doron Wolffberg\u2019s cat, Pedro, had an almost-fatal bout of urinary tract disease, he became determined to educate himself on feline nutrition and how to give his cat the best life possible.<\/p>\n

This inspired him to help others empower themselves through accessible, trustworthy information on cat food, products, and care.<\/p>\n

Today, Cats.com has gathered some of the most knowledgeable voices in the cat care world\u2014veterinarians, behaviorists, nutritionists, and seasoned product reviewers\u2014to give you top-notch information on all things cats.<\/p>\n

JoAnna Pendergrass, DVM, is a veterinarian and freelance medical writer in Atlanta, GA. After
\ngraduating from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine with her veterinary
\ndegree, JoAnna completed a 2-year research fellowship in neuroscience at Emory University.
\nDuring this fellowship, she learned that she could make a career out of combining her loves of

Pete is known as “Pete the Vet” on his busy Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages, regularly posting information on topical subjects and real-life cases from his clinic. Irish born Zara is a UK registered clinical vet with a passion for helping people to understand their pets. She is the founder of Vet Voice, a specialist veterinary communications agency and has nearly 15 years globally acquired experience within the pet food and pet healthcare industries.
